Rubicon Lauds the United States’ Recommitment to the Paris Climate Agreement

As a recent signatory to by Amazon and Global Optimism, Rubicon recognizes the importance of reducing emissions to the future health of our world. We are committed to the goals set out in the Pledge, and to doing everything we can to reach the emissions targets of the Paris Climate Agreement ten years early.

This is a challenge that requires innovative thinking, the development of new technologies, and the application of data and analytics to deliver durable, scalable solutions. The entire Rubicon team is ready to play its part; our software, technology products, and services are designed not only to benefit the planet, but to also help our partners reach their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and business goals. Further, we stand firm in our belief that market-based solutions are crucial if we are to meet the environmental challenge that confronts us in a way that is sustainable and equitable for generations to come.

With that said, we also believe that sensible cooperation with the United States government is essential given the scope and complexity of the issues we are facing. As this new year begins, we are convinced that there is no more time to lose in taking coordinated, meaningful action in the battle against climate change.
